Return Policy

We accept returns of all unopened and unused products within 30 days of receiving your order, and will provide a shipping label for the return.

Once we receive the items back to our facility and determine that they are in ‘unopened and unused’ condition, the cost of the return label will be deducted from the total refund amount. Please note, any shipping costs paid for the initial order will not be refunded.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, treats or supplements), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll have your refund processed on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
